Over the years, Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee has always been aware of the role, position and importance of the lesson "People are the root", "People are the center" and the issue of promoting people's strength, the strength of great national unity. Since then, in the process of leading, directing, implementing political tasks and economic, cultural, social, security and defense development, the motto has always been followed: "All viewpoints and policies of the Party and laws of the State must be in line with the interests of the people, by the people, for the people". For Resolutions before being issued, people's opinions are sent to them in appropriate forms. Notably, in 2022, Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee (term XIV) issued 6 Resolutions on local socio-economic development. The most notable of these is Resolution No. 12 on a number of policies and solutions to improve the lives of people in Binh Thuan province by 2025, with a vision to 2030. On that basis, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee institutionalize the resolution through resolutions, decisions, programs and plans to put the resolution into practice.
In addition, in the process of building and planning socio-economic development policies and strategies, all levels and sectors of the province always thoroughly grasp the viewpoint of taking "People as the root", "People as the center", originating from the needs, legitimate interests and happiness of the people...
