"I didn't think the water would rise so quickly. Yesterday it was only 20cm high, but this morning it was a meter high," a resident shared.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Dinh (Chuong Duong Do) said that this was the worst flooding in more than 20 years she has lived here. "I just hope the water doesn't rise anymore, it's too high, I'm very worried about my property and house," Ms. Dinh said.
