On October 21, in Can Tho City, the Center for Digital Transformation and Agricultural Statistics of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in collaboration with World Software Technology Joint Stock Company (Worldsoft) and Vietnam Agriculture Newspaper held a launching ceremony of the platform "Farmer Network - Digital Farmer Journey".

A representative of Worldsoft Joint Stock Company said that the Farmer Network platform is a large farmer forum supported by artificial intelligence (AI). Market information will be updated with the latest and fastest data with accurate data. Technology applications, good practices or any issues related to the agricultural sector will be answered immediately. Platform users including farmers will find it easier and more flexible to create financial plans and crop reports according to set goals with the support of advanced tools.

This is a space for connecting and sharing experiences between farmers and experts. In particular, this ecosystem helps farmers to be proactive in buying and selling, planning production and monitoring financial plans. From there, production costs and agricultural product prices when reaching consumers will also be improved through the e-commerce platform.

In order for the platform to be quickly and widely applied, the Center for Digital Transformation and Agricultural Statistics, Vietnam Agriculture Newspaper and Worldsoft Joint Stock Company will organize training programs for farmers, cooperatives and businesses operating in the agricultural sector. The goal is to help users easily access the platform without any usage fees. Businesses are supported when deploying to raw material areas, networks of partners purchasing, processing and distributing products. With the motto "ask what you want to answer", the Farmer Network platform will also be constantly upgraded to enrich the database of documents and data on agriculture in general.
