(CLO) The project to build the monument "Ninh Thuan Victory Spring 1975" is expected to cost more than 67 billion VND, 6m high, built on an area of more than 5 hectares.
On February 10, the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province announced that it had just issued a document conveying the opinion of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Long Bien on assigning the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate in collecting opinions on the investment in building the monument "Ninh Thuan Victory Spring 1975".

Accordingly, the monument project "Ninh Thuan Victory Spring 1975" is expected to be built in Suoi Gieng village (Cong Hai commune, Thuan Bac district) with a total estimated cost of more than 67.3 billion VND.
This is one of the key projects to welcome the 15th Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
Specifically, this project is built on a 5.04ha land area, including a historical and cultural relic area of 1.3ha, a green park and water surface area creating a common landscape of 2.69ha, and a traffic road of 0.82ha.
In particular, the victory monument is over 6m high, is the highlight and a symbol of victory, sacrifice and indomitable spirit of the people and army of Ninh Thuan province.
According to the Department of Planning and Investment of Ninh Thuan, the project was initially considered for investment from social mobilization sources and other legal sources.
However, up to now, calling for socialization has been difficult, so the Provincial People's Committee has agreed to use state budget capital (public investment) to implement investment in the construction of this project.
Currently, the Department of Planning and Investment of Ninh Thuan is completing the contents to report to the Standing Committee of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee to ensure unified and effective implementation according to regulations.
