(Fatherland) - Ninh Thuan plans to organize a conference to introduce the province's potential, strengths, and investment environment to businesses in Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Truong Van Tien - Director of the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Ninh Thuan province said that the locality will organize a conference to connect and promote investment, trade and tourism in Ho Chi Minh City on November 15, with the participation of about 150 businesses and investors in the core of the Southern key economic region.
According to Mr. Tien, the Planning and Strategy of Ninh Thuan Province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, has been approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1319/QD-TTg dated November 10, 2023, with a strategic vision of "Ninh Thuan - Land of Convergence of Different Values" to create different values to create economic competitiveness, exploit potentials and strengths to create room for growth. The planning identifies 5 breakthrough industry clusters, including: Energy and renewable energy; High-quality tourism; Processing and manufacturing industry; High-tech agriculture; Construction and real estate market.

Mr. Tien said that the Conference held in Ho Chi Minh City is an important event, an opportunity for Ninh Thuan to introduce the potential, strengths, and investment environment of Ninh Thuan province to businesses and investors in Ho Chi Minh City. It opens up opportunities for investment cooperation in 5 important industry clusters of the province, thereby mobilizing resources to realize the Provincial Planning, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the locality.
Regarding the province's development orientation and investment attraction and calling for investment in the fields of trade, services, and tourism, Ninh Thuan will prioritize attracting investors to build mixed service areas of hotels, trade, high-end services, unique and highly competitive tourist facilities such as resort tourism, hotels, tourist areas specializing in off-road motorbike racing on sand, paragliding, adventure tourism, community health care tourism, etc. to form tourism products.
Ninh Thuan has been approved by the Prime Minister for the Master Plan for the construction of Ninh Chu National Tourist Area, Ninh Thuan Province by 2045, with the goal of attracting investment to develop coastal areas of Ninh Thuan Province, becoming one of the key national tourist areas, an attractive, distinctive destination with high competitiveness in the region, the country and internationally.

Accordingly, the highest incentive level within the State's regulatory framework is applied according to the provisions of the Investment Law, Land Law, Corporate Income Tax Law and Import-Export Tax Law.
All districts of the province in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions are entitled to the highest investment incentive policy framework according to the investment area according to the provisions of the Investment Law 2020 and Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP dated March 26, 2021 detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Investment Law.
