Ninh Hai: Summary of 10 years of implementing Resolution 33-NQ/TW of the 11th Central Executive Committee and 3 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the 12th Politburo

On March 26, Ninh Hai District Party Committee held a conference to evaluate the results of the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the 12th Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle and summarizing 10 years of implementing Resolution 33-NQ/TW of the 11th Central Executive Committee on "Building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development".

After 3 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo, Ninh Hai district has a creative, practical and effective way of doing things, creating a widespread effect in society. The District Standing Committee has directed the affiliated Party Committees to include the content of the topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style for the entire term and every year in the activities, associated with the implementation of professional tasks. In particular, focusing on practical tasks, close to requirements and tasks; the content of the plan is specific, concise, easy to implement, which is the basis for Party organizations, agencies and units to evaluate and classify cadres, Party members, civil servants and public employees at the end of the year.

After 10 years of implementing the contents of Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW of the Central Executive Committee, the awareness of Party committees, authorities, departments, organizations and people about the position and role of culture and the development of Vietnamese culture and people has been raised. The cultural values and traditional ethics of the nation and locality have been aroused, preserved and promoted. The intellectual level of the people has been increasingly improved, cultural and sports programs have been gradually invested in and built, basically ensuring the people's need to enjoy cultural and artistic activities. Currently, in the district, there are 90 playgrounds, gyms and sports rooms operating regularly. Of which, there are 7 large football fields, 70 volleyball courts, 2 gymnasiums for training and competition. Sports tournaments are maintained and organized annually, attracting a large number of people to participate, such as: Volleyball, football, martial arts and traditional ethnic sports. The movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” associated with the Campaign “All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas” has been widely deployed. The emulation movements of the Front and socio-political organizations have many positive changes, spreading in the community.

In the coming time, Ninh Hai District Party Committee will lead the promotion of propaganda work, create changes in people's awareness, and create a healthy cultural environment. Timely correct signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle of cadres, party members, and people, in order to develop the district's cultural cause comprehensively and sustainably.
