At Au Lac Joint Stock Company, Ms. Ngo Thu Thuy - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors - received an income of more than 3 billion VND last year, an increase of 70% compared to the previous year. This remuneration is the highest in the Board of Directors (BOD), 36% higher than Vice Chairman Nguyen Duc Hinh and much higher than other members.
The highest paid person in the Au Lac executive board is Mr. Mai Van Tung - General Director. In 2024, Mr. Tung received more than 3.3 billion VND, equivalent to the previous year.
The total remuneration and salary that Au Lac paid to the Board of Directors and the Board of General Directors in 2024 was 16.2 billion VND, an increase of 32% compared to the previous year. This took place in the context that last year, the company's profit grew by 32%.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dat - Chairman of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: PDR) had a salary in the fourth quarter of 2024 of nearly 1.1 billion VND, more than double that of the same period last year. Similarly, Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu - General Director - received a salary of nearly 2 billion VND, an increase of 43%.

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the total salary and remuneration paid by Phat Dat was nearly 6.4 billion VND, an increase of 21% over the same period last year. This took place in the context of the company's profit in the quarter increasing by 30%.
At An Gia Real Estate Company (stock code: AGG), Mr. Nguyen Ba Sang - Chairman of the Board of Directors - received a salary of nearly 2.3 billion VND in 2024, nearly 5 times higher than the previous year. Last year, An Gia achieved after-tax profit of parent company shareholders of nearly 298 billion VND, up 70% over the same period last year and exceeding 19% of the annual profit plan.
At Novaland Group (stock code: NVL), Mr. Ng Teck Yow, while still holding the position of General Director (until November 1, 2024), received a salary of nearly VND 4.3 billion. The previous year, he received an annual salary of nearly VND 3.3 billion.

Another member, Mr. Duong Van Bac, when he was Deputy General Director and Chief Financial Officer (until November 1, 2024), received a salary of nearly 2.6 billion VND. The previous year, Mr. Bac received 1.6 billion VND. In the last 2 months of the year as General Director, Mr. Bac received a salary of 678 million VND.
Mr. Bui Thanh Nhon - Chairman of Novaland - received a salary of 1.2 billion VND, an increase of 100 million VND compared to last year.
At some other businesses, the income of leaders is quite stable. Mr. Le Phuoc Vu - Chairman of Hoa Sen Group (stock code: HSG) received a salary of 90 million VND for the first accounting period of the 2024-2025 fiscal year (from October 1 to December 31, 2024).
