Regarding distance learning programs and study time, Article 3 of the Regulations stipulates that for students who have been exempted from accumulated credits, the maximum time for students to complete the course is determined based on the time according to the standard study plan for the entire course, reduced correspondingly to the exempted credits.
Distance learning programs must be made public to learners before enrollment and at the beginning of the course; changes and adjustments related to the training program must be made in accordance with current regulations and announced before application, without causing adverse impacts on learners.
Circular 29/2023/TT-BGDDT stipulates the conditions for achieving emulation and commendation titles in the education sector.

Circular 27/2023/TT-BGDDT clearly states that from February 12, the Ministry of Education and Training officially gives educational institutions the right to decide on textbook selection.
