Hanoi National University of Education has just announced its plan for regular university enrollment in 2025.
Accordingly, this year the school plans to enroll 4,995 students in 50 majors and training programs, including 5 new majors: Biotechnology, Physics (Semiconductor Physics and Engineering), History, Sociology, Vietnamese Language and Culture.
Hanoi National University of Education uses 3 admission methods: Admission based on the 2025 high school graduation exam scores; direct admission, giving priority to candidates with outstanding abilities and achievements; admission based on specialized ability assessment scores organized by Hanoi National University of Education and Ho Chi Minh City University of Education.
Thus, compared to last year, Hanoi National University of Education has eliminated two admission methods: considering high school transcripts and considering a combination of transcripts and aptitude test scores.
At Hanoi Capital University, speaking with reporters of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper, Associate Professor Dr. Do Hong Cuong, the school's principal, said that the school plans to open two more pedagogical training majors: Information Technology Pedagogy and English Pedagogy, bringing the total number of training majors of the school in 2025 to 30 majors.
In addition to the 4 admission methods as last year, Hanoi Capital University plans to add 1 admission method in 2025 based on the capacity assessment results of Hanoi National University of Education.
One of the changes in the school's admission direction is the plan to eliminate the high school transcript admission method for teacher training majors and change the admission method based on international language proficiency certificates to a combined admission method between foreign language certificates and a number of other criteria such as high school graduation exam results and high school academic results.
The National Economics University has just issued its enrollment plan for 2025. The school plans to enroll 89 programs, including two new programs: Labor Relations and International Commercial Law.
Compared to 2024, the school will maintain stable admission methods, including: direct admission, admission based on high school graduation exam scores, and combined admission. The total quota and quota ratio for each method will be announced later.
According to information from Ho Chi Minh City National University, in 2025, Ho Chi Minh City National University will continue to open a number of new interdisciplinary and inter-school training programs to provide high-quality human resources to serve the country's development needs.
According to Associate Professor Dr. Vu Hai Quan - Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University, some new training programs such as: new energy (renewable energy, nuclear power), new logistics (serving metro operations, Long Thanh international airport, high-speed railway).
In 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education will open 6 new majors: Nutrition and Food Science, Resource and Environmental Management (majoring in Environment and Sustainable Development), Financial Technology, Business Administration, Engineering Physics (oriented towards Semiconductor Technology and Sensors, Measurement), Communication Technology (Digital Communications and Multimedia Technology).
At the University of Commerce, Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung, Deputy Head of the School's Communications and Admissions Department, said that in 2025, the school will develop 7 more international career-oriented training programs, aiming to equip students with both professional skills and foreign language ability upon graduation, to participate in the international labor market.
In addition, the school plans to have 2 more international dual degree programs in Marketing and Business Administration, and 1 advanced technology transfer program.
Regarding the reason for opening the new program, Mr. Trung said that the University of Commerce always updates and innovates the training program in line with practice to meet the needs of businesses.
