According to the Steering Committee, the police at all levels in Soc Trang province have organized 7,866 propaganda sessions, with 172,272 people attending and listening; organized many forms of propaganda attracting tens of thousands of people. Thereby, the masses have provided more than 1,000 valuable sources of information, contributing to ensuring security and order in the area.
Soc Trang has 40 models of ensuring security and order in the movement of All people protecting national security deployed at 603 locations, including 8 typical models. Notably, the model of "5 no 3 yes" at Huynh Cuong School was recognized by the Ministry of Public Security, evaluated as an effective model and has been replicated in schools.

Implementing the program "The whole country joins hands for the poor", Soc Trang Provincial Police advised the Minister of Public Security to mobilize support of 60 billion VND, and the province mobilized an additional 15.6 billion VND to build 1,200 houses for the poor and those with housing difficulties in the province.
The Steering Committee has proposed 6 contents to effectively implement the movement of All people protecting national security and "National Security Day" in Soc Trang province in the coming time.

Speaking at the festival, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Hoang Cong Thuy suggested that Soc Trang province continue to mobilize the combined strength of the entire political system and society to participate in building the movement of All people protecting national security; focusing on making the festival in residential areas, agencies, businesses, and educational institutions increasingly practical and effective.
At the same time, strengthen the coordination between the police and forces participating in protecting national security at the grassroots level with the fronts at all levels in building the movement of All people protecting national security. Mobilize people and ethnic minorities to actively participate in activities to maintain peaceful villages and residential areas; discover and build typical, advanced, exemplary collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement to protect national security.
On this occasion, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front presented 10 gifts to families in difficult circumstances; the Ministry of Public Security presented certificates of merit to 1 collective and 1 individual; the People's Committee of Soc Trang province presented certificates of merit to 26 collectives and individuals; the Director of Soc Trang Provincial Police presented certificates of merit to many collectives and individuals.
