DNO - On the afternoon of November 25, the Asia Pacific Onboard Travel (APOT) held a press conference to introduce the activities of the Asia Pacific Onboard Travel Forum, which will take place at Furama Danang Resort from November 25 to 28. The Asia-Pacific Air Travel Forum 2023 includes a series of main activities such as a press conference, a welcome party, and the Catrion “Jet Setters Palette” chef competition (November 26) co-organized by Catrion Airline Catering, a catering service provider of Saudi Arabia.
According to the Organizing Committee, the cooking competition is a playground for chefs providing airline meals. The highlight of the forum is the chef competition with the participation of chefs representing airlines and chefs from some expansion units (restaurants, hotels). Contestants need to pay attention to the taste of the dishes, choose ingredients as well as the skills to create dishes...
In addition, within the framework of the forum, there was also a networking session between chefs taking place at Furama Danang Resort on November 27. Here, there was an artistic performance by the famous chef Master Chef Dimuthu and this was also an opportunity for Danang chefs to learn, exchange and practice kitchen skills.
In addition to the main programs, delegates attending the program will participate in culinary experiences and explore the beauty of Da Nang such as visiting Sun World Ba Na Hills tourist area, cruising on the Han River to see Da Nang at night...
