Summarizing the research results of the topic, Mr. Nguyen Van Thinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Head of the topic, said that monitoring the moral training and lifestyle of leaders, key officials, cadres and party members is a difficult activity. The Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have made efforts to organize and implement monitoring activities on the moral training and lifestyle of leaders, key officials, cadres and party members, and have initially achieved remarkable results. However, compared to the actual requirements, the monitoring effectiveness is not high, there are still some limitations and certain difficulties.
In order to improve the quality of supervision by the Vietnam Fatherland Front on the cultivation and training of ethics and lifestyle of leaders, key officials and cadres and party members in the coming time, the topic has proposed key solutions, including: raising awareness, leadership and direction capacity of Party committees, political mettle of Vietnam Fatherland Front cadres; continuing to perfect Party regulations and State laws on supervision of leaders, key officials and cadres and party members; innovating the content and methods of supervision by the Vietnam Fatherland Front on leaders, key officials and cadres and party members; ensuring conditions to serve well the supervision of leaders, key officials and cadres and party members.
At the Conference, experts and scientists discussed and contributed critical opinions on the research content of the topic. The majority of delegates said that, based on the presentation of the current legal status and practical work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in participating in supervising the moral training and lifestyle of leaders, key officials and cadres and party members at the workplace and residence in the past time, the topic has contributed to providing reliable political, legal and practical bases to serve the theoretical research on the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in supervising the moral training and lifestyle of leaders, key officials and cadres and party members.
Speaking at the Conference, Vice President Truong Thi Ngoc Anh affirmed that the Project Management Board had conducted a thorough and responsible research with full content, meeting the requirements of a ministerial-level scientific project. The research content is consistent with the requirements of the Front's work, has theoretical and practical significance, especially for monitoring difficult and sensitive areas.
According to Vice President Truong Thi Ngoc Anh, the project has attracted the participation of experts, central agencies, and Front officials in localities. Along with that, the Project Management Board has also implemented scientific research methods, summarized and evaluated previous research results combined with local practical surveys, thereby having a theoretical and practical basis to propose practical solutions.
Based on the comments at the Conference, Vice President Truong Thi Ngoc Anh suggested that the Project Management Board seriously absorb the comments and assessments of the Acceptance Council, especially the comments at the Conference, to continue to perfect the project, thereby proposing specific solutions to improve the quality of supervision by the Vietnam Fatherland Front on the cultivation and training of ethics and lifestyle of leaders, key officials, cadres and party members.
Through voting, the Acceptance Council recognized the project as excellent.
