According to the report of Ninh Hai District People's Committee, in Vinh Hy Bay area, there are 24 glass-bottom boats that are qualified to operate; 33 canoes, of which 19 are not qualified to operate; 31 jet skis are not qualified to operate.
Many unqualified tourist vehicles are operating in Vinh Hy Bay area.
In addition, there are 5 floating restaurants made of converted wooden rafts for aquaculture that have been docked on composite rafts to serve tourists, including: Vui Ve raft of Tan Vinh Cuong company; raft of Vinh Hy Discovery company; Dung Nhan raft of Mr. Hoang Quoc Dung; Ut Thanh raft of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Chinh and Madam Hoang raft of Ms. Hoang Thi Dung.

During the inspection, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam directly directed the departments to focus on reviewing violations in tourism activities to strictly handle them to ensure safety for tourists visiting Vinh Hy Bay.
"The province's policy is to create all conditions for businesses and people to develop tourism in general and in Vinh Hy Bay in particular. However, people and businesses doing tourism need to strictly comply with the provisions of the law, so that Ninh Thuan tourism can develop sustainably...", Mr. Nam said.
