The "Employer of Choice" (EOC) program, implemented by CareerViet in collaboration with market research unit Amco Vietnam, has entered its 11th year since its launch in 2013. This is a national non-profit program, aiming to record employees' assessments of employers, and analyze labor market trends in Vietnam that are popular during the year.

The “Employer of Choice 2024” survey is not only a place to listen to employees’ opinions on factors affecting their work experience, but also to synthesize valuable information, helping businesses improve their working environment and build effective human resource strategies and employer brands. The honor categories are divided according to the size of large and medium enterprises, to ensure fairness in the evaluation. The final results will be announced at the Honor Ceremony and on the official website of the CareerViet.vn program.
