Most recently, on the evening of November 15, in Ho Chi Minh City, the founder of Ecopark was honored by the Organizing Committee of the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, part of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, in the category of "Developer of the Decade" - the most special category of the award in its 10-year history in Vietnam.
Over 21 years of formation and development, Ecopark founder has won more than 50 domestic and international awards.
Ecopark founder representative receives Investor of the Decade award
According to the Organizing Committee representative, the title "Developer of the Decade" aims to honor outstanding and innovative developers over the past decade. The criteria for awarding the title are that the developer has won the PropertyGuru Vietnam Real Estate Awards, completed at least five projects in the past 10 years, and has at least one new project to launch in 2024. At the same time, the unit must undergo an evaluation process from the jury.
This year’s awards continue to celebrate social responsibility, presenting titles related to ESG (environment, society and corporate governance). This is a move to commend investors for their efforts in sustainable design and construction, saving energy, and creating a positive impact on society.
The representative of Ecopark founder said: "The Investor of the Decade Award continues to affirm the prestige, quality, and value of the investor as well as the process of creating projects in the real estate market. This is also an encouragement for us to continue creating quality products to serve customers and the community."
Ecopark Urban Area (nearly 500 hectares, 14km from Hoan Kiem Lake) is the first project of the Founder of Ecopark.
