On February 5, according to information from Vinh City Police, Nghe An, the incident of a naked woman being thrown out of a car on the road was determined to have occurred on January 29 (the first day of the Lunar New Year) on Hong Bang Street, Vinh City, Nghe An.

The woman in the clip is NTN (45 years old), residing in Quang Trung ward, Vinh city, Nghe An. The driver of the car is Mr. BMT (45 years old), residing in Trung Do ward, Vinh city, Nghe An. The two are friends.

According to the police, after being summoned to work, both Mr. T. and Ms. N. were not involved in drugs.

Vinh City Police then drew up a record of administrative violations against Mr. BMT for "opening the car door, leaving the car door open unsafely" with a fine of 4 - 6 million VND, without having his driver's license revoked.

Previously, as reported by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, on February 4, a video clip of more than 2 minutes long appeared on social networks recording the scene of a car traveling on a road in Vinh City, Nghe An when suddenly the rear door opened.

A naked woman was thrown from the car onto the road. At that moment, a person in the car quickly pulled the woman back into the car. The incident was filmed by a group of people riding behind and continued to follow the car to an apartment complex.

After the clip went viral on social media, many people were worried about the health and safety of the woman who fell out of the car and could not get back in by herself but had to be pulled back in by someone else.

Regarding the above incident, the police agency summoned 2 individuals involved to work. At the police agency, Ms. N. initially confessed that she was too drunk and stripped herself, and no one forced her. The person who pulled this woman when she fell out of the car was the driver who was with her.
