The beauty suffered from depression before being crowned Mrs Grand Vietnam 2023

On the evening of August 30, beauty Doan Thi Thu Hang was named in the highest position at the final round of Mrs Grand Vietnam 2023.

In addition to the beauty queen crown, Thu Hang also won the secondary award for the most beautiful face.

The first runner-up title went to Bui Thi Sao Mai, a teacher from Hoa Binh. Sao Mai also won the sub-award for the person with the most beautiful body.

The title of second runner-up went to Hoang Hai Yen - a businesswoman from Thai Nguyen. She was also awarded the Best Performance Beauty award.

The 3rd and 4th runner-up titles respectively belonged to contestants Quach Thi Than and Nguyen Thi Minh Hue.

The new Mrs Grand Vietnam 2023 was born in 1985, 1.7m tall, and is currently a businesswoman in the field of imported fruits and nuts in Hai Phong.

Doan Thu Hang was introduced as having suffered from depression and had to take sleeping pills every night.

Sharing after the final round, the new Miss Doan Thi Thu Hang expressed: "After 7 days in the common house, accompanying the organizing committee, I have tried my best.

For me, this result is beyond my expectations, I am extremely happy. I think, all 18 contestants entering the final night are wonderful. We have stepped out of our comfort zone.

This will be a happy and memorable milestone for me. In order not to disappoint everyone's trust, I will try harder. I will improve myself and carry out community projects in the future."

Talking about the judging process, the current Mrs Grand International Phan Kim Oanh - Head of the contest's Organizing Committee said: "Right from the start of the contest, we have been closely monitoring the judging process to find an elegant, modern, intelligent lady with a warm heart, always looking towards the community.

For me, the contestants who entered the final night are all talented, successful and strong women. We hope the contestants had a good time and made more memories for themselves."

Becoming Mrs Grand Vietnam 2023, Doan Thi Thu Hang was awarded the crown, title and cash prize worth 200 million VND.

The new beauty queen also has the opportunity to participate in the Mrs Grand International 2023 contest held in Myanmar next November.

Mrs Grand Vietnam 2023 is the first contest held in Vietnam.

The contest started on April 1. After four months of careful selection, the organizers selected 18 talented contestants to enter the final night.
