On the morning of September 20, the status on the personal Facebook page of Mr. Ho Tuan Anh, Principal of Quynh Phuong Secondary School (Hoang Mai town, Nghe An), attracted the attention of many social network users.
The principal's post asked for 2 health insurance cards for students, along with a photo of the application for tuition and contribution exemption.

According to the information in the petition, the father of two students studying in grades 8 and 6 at the school had a work accident and is being treated in the hospital. Due to the high cost of treatment and the need for a caregiver, the mother of the two students cannot work, causing financial difficulties for the family.
The mother hopes the school will consider reducing tuition fees and contributions so that her children can continue to go to school.
Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, teacher Ho Tuan Anh said that the above application was just received this morning (September 20).
"The petition was brought by the children's paternal uncle in the pouring rain. He explained that their father was being treated at a hospital in Vinh city, and their mother had to go with him to take care of him.
Looking at the man shivering from the cold and wetness, reading the application he brought made me cry. The two students in the application were indeed students at my school, the older sister was in 8th grade, and the younger brother was in 6th grade," Mr. Tuan Anh shared.
After confirming that the two students were not eligible for health insurance card support and were not eligible for tuition fee reduction (not poor/near-poor households, policy households), Mr. Tuan Anh and the school's Board of Directors agreed that there should be a support plan so that the two students' studies would not be interrupted.
For now, Mr. Anh asked the homeroom teacher not to urge the two students to make their year-end contributions. Mr. Anh posted the information online to call for help from the community.

"I only dare to ask for health insurance support for the children, and the school will gradually cover other study expenses. However, the results exceeded initial expectations.
After less than half a day, many people have supported the cost of buying health insurance cards and helping students with tuition fees this school year," Mr. Ho Tuan Anh happily announced.
The principal was very grateful for the timely support from kind-hearted people and benefactors for the two students, helping them to study with peace of mind and their mother to take care of her husband during treatment.
It is known that the above parent’s family has a young child studying in grade 4 at Quynh Phuong Primary School. The school’s board of directors and homeroom teacher have also made plans to support the child in his future studies.
