At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council agreed to organize the 16th Session (Special Session) on the afternoon of October 27, 2023, to conduct a vote of confidence for the positions elected by the Provincial People's Council, including: Chairman of the People's Council, Vice Chairmen of the People's Council, Head of the People's Council Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee, Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee, members of the Provincial People's Committee elected by the Provincial People's Council before January 1, 2023, including 30 people.

In which, the Provincial People's Council bloc (7 people) includes: Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, 2 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Cultural - Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council; Head of the Ethnic Committee of the Provincial People's Council.

The Provincial People's Committee (23 people) includes: Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, 4 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee and 18 members of the Provincial People's Committee including: Director of the Provincial Police, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Chief of the Provincial Inspectorate, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee; and Directors of 13 departments: Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Information - Communication, Tourism, Construction, Education and Training, Finance, Justice, Home Affairs, Natural Resources and Environment, Transport, Industry and Trade, Culture - Sports, Foreign Affairs.
