The delegation was led by Mr. Nguyen Van Truong - Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Mr. Vo Van Ngoc - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and Mr. Vu Tuan Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.
The interdisciplinary team was divided into 3 inspection teams at the same time, in which team 1 was chaired by the Department of Planning and Investment to inspect 22 projects; team 2 was chaired by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to inspect 38 projects and team 3 was chaired by the Department of Construction to inspect 29 projects.
According to the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the establishment of an interdisciplinary delegation to inspect investment projects in the province in 2023 aims to carry out State management of investment projects outside the Southeast Economic Zone and industrial parks in the province; at the same time, inspect and urge the progress of project implementation, propose solutions to resolve related problems and difficulties and advise on handling in accordance with the provisions of law.
The inspection content focuses on compliance with legal regulations on investment, construction, land and related laws, and the performance of obligations to the State budget by investors of inspected projects.
The subjects of the inspection are projects using non-budgetary capital, implemented outside the Southeast Economic Zone and industrial parks in Nghe An province. The inspection results will be reported to the Provincial People's Committee.
