In 2024, the total budget revenue (domestic revenue) in the province is 4,770 billion VND, reaching 131.7% of the estimate assigned by the Ministry of Finance, reaching 121.5% of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council, an increase of 22.3% compared to the revenue in 2023. Revenue results by field and revenue management unit: 16/18 revenue items reached or exceeded the estimate; 7/7 localities and 5/5 units had revenue reaching the progress of the estimate assigned by the Provincial People's Council. In particular, some localities had quite high revenue: Phan Rang - Thap Cham City reached 182.1%, Ninh Hai reached 194.6%, Thuan Bac reached 160.4%...

In 2025, the estimated revenue of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee assigned to the Tax sector is 5,430 billion VND; an increase of 27.5% compared to the estimate assigned by the Ministry of Finance. Of which: Phan Rang - Thap Cham City 601.5 billion; Ninh Phuoc 104.7 billion; Ninh Hai 154 billion; Ninh Son 70.2 billion; Thuan Nam 83 billion; Thuan Bac 44.7 billion; Bac Ai 11.2 billion and the Tax Department is 4,360.7 billion VND. Regarding the work of inspection, examination and tax debt management, the whole sector strives to inspect at least 10 enterprises, check 257 enterprises; tax debt and tax debt ratio of the whole sector are guaranteed not to exceed 8% of the total budget revenue; taxes, fees and collectible debts are guaranteed not to exceed 5% of the total budget revenue...
Speaking at the conference, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee commended and highly appreciated the efforts and determination to successfully carry out the assigned tasks, especially the 2024 budget collection task of the sectors, localities and enterprises, including the direct contributions of cadres and civil servants of the entire Tax sector. Emphasizing that 2025 is of special importance, being the last year of the 2020-2025 term, the year of organizing Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the year of breakthrough, reaching the finish line with the highest results of the goals and targets of the 5-year Socio-Economic Development Plan of the province 2021-2025; on the basis of the 2025 budget collection task assigned by the Provincial People's Committee, he requested the entire Tax sector to seriously and drastically implement, focusing on collection work right from the first month of the year; regularly and closely monitor the development of the production and business situation of taxpayers; Focus on reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating the collection situation close to the reality in each locality to promptly advise the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee on solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in budget collection, striving to complete the assigned state budget collection task in 2025.

In particular, focusing on timely implementation of policies on exemption, reduction, and extension of tax, fee, charge, and land rent according to the Resolution of the National Assembly and the Decree of the Government; effectively implementing administrative reforms associated with improving the investment and business environment to save time, cut costs, and create favorable conditions for businesses and people to encourage and attract investment. Coordinate with departments, branches, and localities in collecting land use fees and land rents in 2025, striving to complete the estimated land use fee collection of 980 billion VND, land rent of 198 billion VND assigned by the Provincial People's Council; coordinate with media agencies to promote propaganda and timely dissemination of new tax policies, ensuring that taxpayers have access to, understand, and comply with regulations.
