The principal organizes the appraisal of the personnel records of teachers participating in teaching.

Regarding the organization of foreign language teaching, the Department of Education and Training stipulates that the principal is responsible for the teaching content, including the teaching plan, materials used for students, and the teaching plan is designed to suit the students of each grade. The program is built on the basis of reference teaching materials that must be approved by the Ministry of Education and Training or evaluated for quality by the Department of Education and Training and must meet the requirements of enhanced foreign language teaching, organizing communication with foreigners, helping students develop good skills, especially listening and speaking skills.

The school principal is responsible for monitoring collection activities to find solutions to prevent the situation of collecting money from participating students but not organizing teaching or not teaching enough committed hours or organizing teaching for students but not paying remuneration to related individuals and units.
