* Russia sets conditions for negotiations with Ukraine: On September 10, Secretary of the Russian Security Council Sergei Shoigu announced that Moscow will not conduct any negotiations with Kiev until Ukrainian forces withdraw from Russian territory.
In addition, according to him, representatives of the BRICS countries will discuss initiatives on Ukraine at a security-focused meeting in Russia, taking place from September 10-12.
Previously, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the country's air defense units had destroyed 144 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that Ukraine launched at 9 regions of Russia, including 20 UAVs in Moscow in the early morning of the same day.

The exercise is part of strategic naval exercises in the Pacific, Arctic, Mediterranean, Baltic and Caspian Seas, involving more than 400 ships and submarines and 90,000 servicemen.

* Korean Peninsula: On September 10, North Korean President Kim Jong-un announced that his country will increase the number of nuclear weapons exponentially and be ready to use them at any time.
