To implement and inspect the Party organizations and Party members' compliance with the Party's policies and regulations, Party committees at all levels inspected 792 Party organizations and 2,526 Party members (including 976 Party committee members). Of which, the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee inspected 12 Party organizations and 13 Party members.
Through inspection, Party committees at all levels concluded that 20 Party organizations and 30 Party members had violated the law but not to the extent of requiring disciplinary action, and 1 Party member had violated the law to the extent of requiring disciplinary action.
Regarding the inspection of signs of violations, the district Party Committee and Party cell conducted inspections of 3 Party organizations and 20 Party members. Through the inspection, it was concluded that 1 Party organization and 11 Party members violated to the extent that disciplinary action was required.
For the Inspection Committees at all levels, 99 party organizations and 253 party members were inspected when there were signs of violations (including 143 members of the Party Committees at all levels). Of which, the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee inspected 1 party organization and 2 party members. The inspection conclusion showed that 85 party organizations and 228 party members had violations; of which 10 party organizations and 70 party members had to be disciplined.
Regarding Party discipline enforcement, Party committees at all levels and Party cells disciplined 9 Party organizations (8 reprimands, 1 warning), 195 Party members who violated (155 reprimands, 23 warnings, 6 dismissals, 11 expulsions). Of which, the Provincial Party Standing Committee disciplined 6 Party members with expulsion.
The Party Inspection Committee at all levels disciplined 3 party organizations (3 reprimands), 151 party members (76 reprimands, 35 warnings, 4 dismissals, 36 expulsions). Of which, the Provincial Party Committee's Disciplinary Committee disciplined 2 party organizations (2 reprimands), 9 party members (7 reprimands, 2 warnings).
In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission reviewed, considered responsibilities, and disciplined 3 party members of the Nui Thanh District Party Committee, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, and 1 party member of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department Party Cell.
Mr. Phan Thanh Thien - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission assessed that the Inspection Commissions at all levels promoted their roles and responsibilities, advised the Party Committees to deploy inspection and supervision tasks and well performed the tasks assigned by the Party Committees.
At the same time, the Inspection Committees at all levels comprehensively implemented the tasks stipulated in Article 32 of the Party Charter. In particular, they well performed the key tasks of inspecting lower-level Party organizations and Party members, including Party Committee members at the same level when there were signs of violations; specialized supervision; verifying declarations of assets and income; promptly resolving complaints and denunciations; enforcing discipline on Party organizations and Party members who violated the procedures, principles, and authority; strictly maintaining discipline and order within the Party, and promoting positive effects in educating Party members.
