The auction winner is business household Tr.LQN, residing in Phu Hoi ward, Hue city.

According to the auction documents, this waste soil mixture has a volume of 316,176 m3 with an area of 13.35 hectares. This is the amount of waste soil generated from the construction process that has accumulated in the Van Nien clean water treatment plant project, invested by Thua Thien - Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company with a total investment of 794.1 billion VND and built in 2 phases, phase 1 from 2020-2022 with a capacity of 60,000 m3/day and night and phase 2 from 2023 - 2025 with a capacity increased to 120,000 m3/day and night.
Previously, the starting price of this asset for the first auction was VND 7,150,000,000. This price does not include taxes, fees and charges that the buyer must pay according to the law such as: Value Added Tax, Resource Tax, Environmental Protection Fee, etc.
However, after two auctions, there were still no buyers.
At this third auction announcement, the starting price has been lowered to VND 6,970,000,000.
On the morning of September 11, Thua Thien-Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company coordinated with Value Chain Auction Company to organize an auction of this asset with 2 participating customers.
With the offered price of 7,000,000,000 VND, a difference of exactly 30,000,000 VND compared to the starting price, business household Tr.LQN won the auction of the property.
According to the regulations in the documents, the auction winner must bear the costs of unloading and transporting the property out of the site, returning the site to its original condition within 6 months from the date of signing the contract for the sale of the auctioned property and handing over the property on site.
