Preliminary information about the debt proposed for valuation, Agribank said, the provisional outstanding debt as of February 29, 2024 of Nhat Viet Investment JSC at this bank is nearly 198.8 billion VND. Including nearly 65 billion VND of principal debt and 133.8 billion VND of interest debt.
The collateral for this debt includes 2 land use rights at 14A51-52 Thao Dien Ward, District 2 (now Thu Duc City), Ho Chi Minh City.
In particular, regarding land use rights, the collateral assets include 2 land plots No. 1162-45 (area 435m2) and 1162-46 (area 456m2) in Thao Dien Ward, District 2 (now Thu Duc City), Ho Chi Minh City. These 2 land plots are both assets of Khang Thong Construction Trading Service Joint Stock Company. The next collateral assets are 6 specialized motorbikes (excavators, excavators) and 8 inland waterway vehicles.

The maximum time to complete the valuation work is 10 days from the date Agribank Saigon Center Branch provides all relevant documents and records. The minimum validity of the Valuation Certificate is 6 months.
The fee in case of re-appraisal is maximum 50% of the initial appraisal fee, maximum 20% of the fee during the validity period of the Appraisal Certificate.
Preliminary information about the borrower, Agribank provided the charter capital of Nhat Viet Investment Joint Stock Company with headquarters at 67 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
The company has a charter capital of only 12 billion VND. Its business lines are land leveling, construction of traffic works, water supply and drainage systems, power lines and transformer stations of 35kV or less.
