The house has 10 rooms, five artists from the Ho Chi Minh City Stage Artists Nursing Home including Dieu Hien, Ngoc Dang, Ngoc Be, Lam Son, stage worker Dang Thi Xuan and two artists Mac Can and Huynh Thanh Tra "opened" this house.

With a quiet, spacious space, lots of trees and a central location, he hopes the artists will have a long time living happily and healthily here.
This place is also very convenient for audiences and artists to visit and chat with veteran artists.
