On August 29, 2023, MISA Joint Stock Company signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with the Faculty of Human Resources Management, National Academy of Public Administration to organize training activities and deploy convenient digital solutions to serve the teaching work of the faculty.
The signing ceremony is part of the cooperation program between the Faculty of Human Resource Management, National Academy of Public Administration and MISA and the Final round of the Presentation Contest: Digital transformation in human resource management. Attending the program, on the side of the Faculty of Human Resource Management were Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Mai - Head of the Faculty, Dr. Doan Van Tinh - Deputy Head of the Faculty, Dr. Do Thi Thanh Nga - Deputy Head of the Faculty and teachers in the faculty. On the side of MISA, there was the participation of General Director Dinh Thi Thuy.

At the signing ceremony, the two sides agreed to closely coordinate to build useful training and internship programs, and transfer software for practical subjects to students of the Faculty of Human Resource Management.
Accordingly, MISA will provide the unified enterprise management platform solution MISA AMIS and the staff, civil servant and public employee management software MISA QLCB for students' learning, research and practice, contributing to creating a dynamic and practical learning environment.
In addition, MISA also cooperates closely with the faculty in organizing internship programs, internships, and practical experience exchanges between MISA and students of the Faculty of Human Resource Management. Specifically, students in the faculty will have the opportunity to visit and learn about the working environment at MISA through MISA tour programs, have practical internships at MISA while still in school and have the opportunity to be recruited immediately after graduation. In particular, MISA will cooperate and participate in seminars, scientific research, forums, etc. of the faculty, to answer students' questions related to industry knowledge and share practical experiences.
On the side of the Human Resource Management Department, the department will accompany MISA in building, organizing, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs for managers, employees, or customers of MISA to increase capacity, professional qualifications, and improve work productivity for the entire company.
The signing ceremony of cooperation between MISA and the Faculty of Human Resource Management, National Academy of Public Administration is an important step in the cooperation journey between the two sides, creating the best values and learning experiences for the faculty's students, contributing to nurturing a new generation of potential for the human resource management industry of our country.
Also within the framework of the program, MISA General Director Dinh Thi Thuy attended the Final Round of the Presentation Competition: Digital Transformation in Human Resource Management organized by the Faculty of Human Resource Management. The General Director expressed her joy and pride when students chose to learn about the MISA AMIS HRM Human Resource Management Solution Suite (Part of the MISA AMIS platform developed by MISA) and presented about this solution suite at the final round.
