According to TechRadar , Microsoft has officially implemented the integration of DALL-E 3 technology into the Paint application for Windows 11. With the new update, Paint will have the ability to create AI images right on the computer, helping users simplify the process of creating unique photos according to their wishes.
Earlier in September, Microsoft confirmed its plans to add Bing Chat AI features to all of its products, including the Windows platform. Following the announcement, DALL-E 3 began rolling out to Windows 11 through the Canary, Dev, and Release Preview channels. Now, the feature is available to all Windows 11 users.

To use DALL-E 3 technology, users simply open the Paint application and click the “Cocreator” button on the right side of the toolbar. Then, type a description to DALL-E about what you want the tool to draw. DALL-E will use artificial intelligence to create a picture that matches your description.
The results produced by Paint are surprisingly good and match what users asked for. Users can also explore more artistic variations via the feature's sidebar. However, Microsoft may still require some users to sign up to use the new AI tool, a process that could take a few days to get approved.
The integration of DALL-E 3 into Paint is a major step forward, making the Paint application more versatile. Users can easily create beautiful and creative photos, from landscape paintings to portraits or cartoons.
