Accordingly, the organizational structure of FAT if Madam Pang becomes president, will have up to 5 vice presidents, including former coach of the Thai national team, Dr. Chanwit Phonchiwin and Messrs. Pawin Bhirombhakdi, Annop Singtothong, Adisak Benjasiriwan and Wilak Lothong.
In addition, Mr. Newin Chidchob, Chairman of Buriram United Club, will be an advisor to Madam Pang. Madam Pang's campaign slogan for the position of FAT President is "Together to help the Thai national team become stronger, Thai football unites".
The FAT executive committee members if Madam Pang is president will have 13 people, notably including the famous former Thai football player, Mr. Piyapong Pue-on.
On December 6, Madam Pang will officially submit her candidacy to the FAT before the deadline of December 9. Also running as a candidate with Madam Pang is Ms. Pauline Ngarmpring, a very famous politician in Thailand. Ms. Pauline Ngarmpring is a transgender who ran for the position of Prime Minister of Thailand in the election in July 2023. In addition, there are 2 other candidates: Mr. Worawong Vitthawan (former spokesman of the Thai League) and Mr. Thanasak Surprarasert (a politician).
Responding to the Thai press on the day of her team's launch, Madam Pang affirmed: "I am running for the position of FAT President not for the purpose of causing division or creating factions. Above all, it is to call for unity and contribute to help Thai football develop more strongly, and give the Thai team a chance to participate in the World Cup. At the same time, we want to improve the financial situation of FAT. Thereby, creating many benefits in the development of professional tournaments in Thai football, helping clubs from Thai League 1 to 3rd division to have a stable financial foundation, and profit from television copyrights."

Regarding the Thai team, Madam Pang said: "We put our trust in coach Masatada Ishii. Meanwhile, Mr. Piyapong Pue-on is a professional and knowledgeable football expert who will provide maximum support. Dr. Chanwit Phonchiwin will have specific plans on financial matters, developing the internal strength of clubs and Thai football."
"I believe my team is talented and will work well together to help Thai football change and grow. I also believe I will win the FAT President election in February 2024, and will become the first female president. I currently have 60 clubs in Thailand supporting me, as well as the President of the Professional Footballers' Association, Mr. Sinthaweechai Hatairattanakul," Madam Pang shared.
On November 24, FAT announced that the election for the new president of the federation will be held on February 8, 2024, after Mr. Somyot Poompanmoung, the current president, announced his resignation when his term expires in February 2024 and will not run for election.
Madam Pang, currently Head of the Thai National Team and President of Port Club, is considered a strong candidate to become the new President of FAT for the 2024 to 2028 term.
