LPBANK SIGNED A COMPREHENSIVE COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH HUTECH

On March 15, 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City, Lien Viet Post Bank (LPBank) signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) to enhance cooperation in training, research, enrollment and products and services that promote the strengths of each party.

Mr. Doan Nguyen Ngoc, Deputy General Director of LPBank (front row, right) represented LPBank to sign the Cooperation Agreement.

Hutech is a university with a 29-year history of operation. Currently, the school has established its position as one of the leading universities in Vietnam. According to the cooperation agreement, LPBank will provide an internship and training environment for HUTECH students, coordinate with HUTECH in training, research, provide scholarships for students of the school, consider investing in Hutech students' start-up projects, sponsor, provide preferential loan packages, and banking services for students, lecturers, and parents of the school. In addition, LPBank Securities Company (LPBS) also proposed to provide students with simulation software to practice stock trading, and deploy a simulated trading room of LPBS at the school.

At the Signing Ceremony, to contribute to encouraging HUTECH talents, LPBank awarded 10 scholarships to students of the school. On the same day, March 15, 2024, LPBank participated in HUTECH Career Day 2024 with a booth to directly meet and exchange with students.

The Bank has also prepared many job positions suitable for those who want to do internships as well as find a job right after graduation,” said Mr. Le Minh Tam, Independent Member of LPBank’s Board of Directors at HUTECH Career Day 2024.

With the motto "Integrating society into business", in parallel with effectively developing business activities, LPBank has been actively contributing to the community and society through many programs and activities, focusing on 5 pillars: Education - Training, Health, Culture - Sports, Social Security, Supporting poor localities to develop. In which, the Education - Training sector accounts for more than 50% of total funding for LPBank's social activities.
