LPBank appoints Executive Board Member and Director of Operations, enhancing excellent operational capacity

Loc Phat Vietnam Bank (LPBank) continues to realize the goal of improving capacity and operating excellence by adding high-quality personnel to the Executive Board and Division leaders. Accordingly, Loc Phat Vietnam Bank (LPBank) has officially appointed Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai to the position of Member of the Executive Board, concurrently Director of the Operations Division. The decision to appoint this senior personnel has affirmed LPBank's strong determination in perfecting the apparatus, improving management and operation capacity, especially focusing on key operations. Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai, born in 1973, is an excellent expert in the fields of Telecommunications and Finance - Banking. He graduated from Hanoi National University, majoring in Telecommunications, with over 30 years of experience working and holding many senior leadership positions at leading telecommunications and banking corporations.

Before joining LPBank, he was the Director of Strategy and Model Transformation and Director of Operations at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) during the period of 2013-2023, making an important contribution to the digital transformation and effective operation of this bank. Previously, Mr. Hai had many years of experience in the telecommunications sector, holding senior leadership positions at Gtel Mobile (Director of Strategy, CMO and CEO) from 2008-2012. With his experience and professional management skills, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai is expected to bring breakthroughs in LPBank's operations, especially in the context of strong digital transformation. His experience in strategy development and implementation, operations management, system optimization and deep understanding of technology will be key factors in helping LPBank improve operational efficiency, optimize processes, and deliver the best customer experiences.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai was appointed as Member of the Executive Board and Director of Operations of LPBank.

On the same day, LPBank also appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, born in 1979, to the position of Deputy Director of Risk Management in charge of Debt Settlement. Mr. Thanh has more than 19 years of experience in the finance and banking sector, having held many senior management positions, especially in the fields of debt settlement and risk management.
