At the announcement ceremony, the representative of the Organizing Committee of Long An Provincial Party Committee announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to allow Mr. Nguyen Van Vu to stop participating in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and stop holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Kien Tuong City Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025. At the same time, appoint Mr. Le Thanh Dong, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Long An province to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Kien Tuong City Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

The above decisions take effect from February 17, 2025.
