Many private schools in Hanoi have announced their enrollment plans for grade 10 in the 2025-2026 school year for parents and students to register.
Ly Thai To Secondary and High School enrolls 480 grade 10 students for the 2025-2026 school year. The school has 4 class models including international English class, high-quality class, group A orientation class and group D orientation class. The maximum number of students per class is 40.
The school accepts applications from December 10 to February 21, 2025. The announcement of admission results is February 24, 2025. Admission fee is 800,000 VND/student.

Ngoi Sao Hoang Mai High School announced the enrollment of 350 10th graders for the 2025-2026 school year. Registration starts from December 2nd until the enrollment quota is met. The school's 10th grade enrollment registration fee is 500,000 VND/student.
According to the announcement, the school has 4 admission methods, including: direct admission, capacity assessment test, consideration of entrance exam results for specialized high schools and consideration of 10th grade public exam results organized by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.
In particular, the school directly admits students who have won first, second, and third prizes in the 9th grade excellent student exams in Math, Literature, English, Natural Science, and Information Technology at district/county level or higher; have won awards equivalent to first prize or gold medal in sports or arts at city level or higher, and have been excellent students for 4 years at secondary school level.
The direct admission exam will be held from December 2024 to February 2025. Candidates applying for direct admission must have a letter of recommendation from a teacher and an essay about themselves in Vietnamese or English.
Nguyen Sieu Secondary and High School accepts applications for grade 10 admission from December 9 for students currently in grade 9 at the school and from March 17, 2025 for students from other schools for grade 10AE (Intensive Academic English class).
The school has another registration period in July 2025, for students who apply with the results of the public 10th grade exam organized by the Department of Education and Training.
In addition to the top priority group of students studying at the school, the school prioritizes other groups, including: students with Cambridge English, IELTS, SAT, AP certificates that are above their age level; students with other international certificates certified by universities and prestigious international organizations recognized by the Department of Quality Assessment, Ministry of Education and Training; excellent students at district, city, and national levels; students who have won awards in arts and sports.
Newton High School and Vietnam-Australia Inter-level School have also opened the registration portal for grade 10 admission for the 2025-2026 school year on the system. Parents and students can access the school's registration link to fill in information and wishes.
Doan Thi Diem High School announces the release of 10th grade admission documents from February 18, 2025. Parents and students can register online or directly at the school office.
Le Quy Don Secondary and High School announces the recruitment of 240 10th grade students based on secondary school transcripts. The school will release application documents from February 17, 2025. The registration period includes 2 phases, from February 17 to June 21, 2025 and from June 30 to July 20, 2025 (if there are still vacancies).
In the 2025-2026 school year, Phenikaa Inter-level High School will enroll 10th grade students for two training programs: standard and high-quality. The school has not yet announced the date for reviewing application documents or enrollment quotas.
Vinschool education system officially opened the enrollment registration portal for the 2025-2026 school year from kindergarten to high school. There are currently no specific 10th grade quotas for each school in the system in Hanoi.
