After the agencies moved to new locations, many old headquarters located on the "golden land" of Cam Xuyen town (Cam Xuyen district, Ha Tinh) were abandoned for many years, becoming shabby and unsightly.

Many headquarters have good infrastructure, located in the "front" position in Cam Xuyen town, only 15km from Ha Tinh city, a dynamic land for trade - service development and investment attraction. However, the headquarters are abandoned, seriously degraded, causing waste.

Abandoned for many years, the Cam Xuyen Continuing Education - Career Guidance - Vocational Training Center is located right on the "front" of National Highway 1A, overgrown with grass, dirty, affecting the urban beauty.

In 2014, Cam Xuyen District People's Procuracy officially moved to a new headquarters. After 10 years of abandonment, the old headquarters located on Ha Huy Tap Street (National Highway 1A, Cam Xuyen Town) has not been used for other purposes.

At the end of 2015, the Cam Xuyen Military Command moved to a new location, leaving behind the old headquarters located on “golden land” in the center of town. After nearly 10 years of disuse, it caused a waste of land and loss of urban beauty.

Many offices were built on "golden land" in Ha Tinh but were abandoned for many years, becoming places for many bad guys to gather and gamble.

Card covers and cigarette packs were piled up in buildings.

After many years of disuse, the headquarters were seriously degraded.

Garbage piled up at headquarters causes sloppiness and serious environmental pollution.

The main gate of the headquarters was closed, the corridors were also damp and covered with moss.

Some headquarters are used by people as living places.

Because the rows of houses have not been used for a long time, the surrounding people take advantage of them as parking lots and aluminum and glass processing areas.

“In Cam Xuyen town, there are still 4 abandoned public offices, including: Cam Xuyen District Military Command, District Social Insurance, District Procuracy, Continuing Education - Career Guidance - Vocational Training Center. Currently, the district is looking for investors to resolve the situation of abandoned offices. However, there are land lots that have been auctioned 4-5 times but few people are interested,” said Mr. Vo Ta Nhan - Head of Finance - Planning Department of Cam Xuyen district.
