Ingredient:

Making:

- Add cooking oil to a hot pan, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant. Then, turn on high heat, add water spinach to the pan and stir quickly, add the prepared sauce above. Stir the vegetables evenly to absorb the spices, cook evenly for 1-2 minutes depending on the amount of vegetables, taste and adjust the seasoning if desired.

- Turn off the stove, take the stir-fried water spinach out onto a plate, sprinkle the fried garlic on top, add chili if you like it spicy. Some regions sprinkle in roasted and crushed peanuts and pork rinds to make the dish a little more fatty and crispy, very delicious.
