2024 MISA Golden Bear Awards Ceremony Northern Region - Full of enthusiasm entering a new era

On January 14, 2025, the 2023 Golden Bear Awards Ceremony in the Northern region was solemnly held at the Au Co Theater. The Golden Bear has long been considered the biggest event of the year for MISA people, honoring individuals with the most outstanding and outstanding achievements of the year.

The award ceremony was attended by the MISA Board of Directors. On the Board of Directors side, there were Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Xuan Hoang and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Dinh Thi Thuy. On the Executive Board side, there were General Director Le Hong Quang and Chief Financial Officer Nguyen Thi Ngoan. The award ceremony was also attended by Directors of blocks/offices, managers and individuals who won the Golden Bear award from MISA units in the Northern Region.

On this meaningful and important occasion, Chairman of the Board of Directors of MISA Lu Thanh Long congratulated all the 2024 Golden Bears. The Golden Bears are the quintessence and pride of the company. The Golden Bears in general and the 2024 Golden Bears in particular have inspired the spirit of enthusiastic and creative work that will lead to success. The Chairman also thanked the relatives of the Golden Bears for always accompanying and supporting so that MISA warriors can confidently contribute.

MISA General Director Le Hong Quang delivered the opening speech at the 2024 Golden Bear Awards Ceremony.

In the opening speech, CEO Le Hong Quang thanked all MISA employees for their tireless efforts over the past year. In particular, the CEO would like to congratulate the 2024 Golden Bears for their outstanding and impressive achievements. At the same time, the CEO also emphasized MISA's two major tasks in 2025: Pioneering AI application and building a professional working environment.

The Golden Bear Award Ceremony honored a series of outstanding individuals with award categories such as the Creative Medal, Golden Sword, Golden Product, Golden Arrow, Golden Warrior, Golden Trumpet for MISA employees, managers, and Directors with outstanding achievements in work and the special Golden Hand award to honor the families and relatives of outstanding employees of the year.

In addition to the award ceremony, the program also left an impression on the audience with the performances of the MISA team in the Northern region with elaborate investment and professional staging. The outstanding performances contributed to the success of the Golden Bear 2024 program.
