Lao Cai: 1 individual was honored by the Ministry of Public Security as an outstanding youth following Uncle Ho's teachings.

On the morning of May 16, at the Memorial Site of Uncle Ho's Six Teachings to the People's Public Security (Nha Nam town, Tan Yen district, Bac Giang province), the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to honor 75 individuals who are outstanding young people following Uncle Ho's teachings in the entire People's Public Security force, period 2019 - 2023.

Lao Cai has 1 individual honored at this event, Captain Pham Viet Giang, Tay ethnic group, born in 1990, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Technical Department (Provincial Police).

As Secretary of the Youth Union, Captain Pham Viet Giang has been exemplary and creative in implementing the emulation movement "Young People's Public Security Forces study and practice the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho", associated with the implementation of Conclusion 01 dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to promote the implementation of Directive 05 dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; Directive 04 dated May 19, 2018 of the Ministry of Public Security on innovating and improving the quality of the movement "Young People's Public Security Forces study and practice the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho" in the new situation.

From 2019 to 2023, Captain Pham Viet Giang received many certificates of merit and was commended for actively advising and implementing many effective movements and union activities that had a widespread impact, arousing the spirit of volunteering for community life.
