Phuoc Binh National Park has a total natural area assigned to manage 25,000.59 ha, of which 19,607.67 ha is special-use forest land. Currently, the unit is coordinating with Bi Duop - Nui Ba National Park (Lam Dong), Chu Yang Sin National Park ( Dak Lak ), Hon Ba Nature Reserve (Khanh Hoa) to form a large continuous area of about 150,000 ha, contributing to the conservation of biodiversity, natural values and historical and cultural values of ethnic minorities in the region. In 2023, Phuoc Binh National Park has 2 approved projects: "Conservation and development of the gene source of the Ganoderma lucidum mushroom (Humphreya endertii) originating from Phuoc Binh National Park" and "Conservation and sustainable use of the gene source of F1 hybrid gaur between domestic cows (Bos taurus) and male gaurs (Bos gaurus) in the period of 2021-2025". Up to now, the projects have basically been implemented according to the set schedule... At the meeting, the Management Board of Phuoc Binh National Park proposed many issues related to the protection, conservation, promotion of the value and potential of the park; organization and personnel of the park's operating apparatus.

Concluding the working session, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated that despite the small staff and incomplete apparatus, Phuoc Binh National Park has done quite well in the past time in managing, protecting and developing forests; scientific research; developing ecotourism ; collecting forest environmental services. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Phuoc Binh National Park to focus on better implementing the work of managing, protecting and developing forests; effectively implementing the work of reforestation; developing a suitable ecotourism development project to promote the potential and advantages of the forest ecosystem. Regarding the raising and development of sturgeon farming models, he requested the People's Committee of Bac Ai district to soon work with enterprises and coordinate with departments and branches to review and report the results to the Provincial People's Committee in October on the legality of using land, water and environmental resources to have a plan to collect correctly and sufficiently, avoiding budget losses. At the same time, research to utilize capital from 3 national target programs (NTPs) to replicate research results and develop the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum mushrooms in the community.
Previously, Mr. Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, conducted a field survey at the sturgeon farming model at Gia Nhong stream; the implementation of the project "Conservation and development of the gene source of Ganoderma lucidum mushrooms originating from Phuoc Binh National Park" and the project "Conservation and sustainable use of the gene source of F1 hybrid gaur between domestic cows and male gaurs in the period 2021-2025" at the botanical garden of Phuoc Binh National Park.

* On the same day, Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had a working session with Ninh Son district to listen to the report on the implementation results and disbursement of capital for the National Target Program on New Rural Development (NTM) for the period 2021-2023; key tasks and solutions in the coming time. Attending the meeting were leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches.
Implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction, up to now, the whole district has achieved 117 criteria, an average of 16.7 criteria/commune (higher than the average of the whole province of 16.06 criteria/commune); the whole district has 5/7 communes meeting the New Rural standards, reaching 71.5%, of which Nhon Son and Luong Son communes have been announced to meet the advanced New Rural standards; according to the plan, in 2023, Hoa Son commune will strive to meet the New Rural standards and in 2024, Ma Noi commune will strive to meet the New Rural standards, ensuring the goal that by 2025, 7/7 communes in the district will meet the New Rural standards, contributing to bringing Ninh Son district to the finish line of achieving the New Rural standard district by 2025 according to Resolution No. 16 of the Provincial Party Committee.

Regarding investment capital disbursement, in 2023, the whole district was allocated more than 41.7 billion VND of development investment capital and more than 16 billion VND of public capital for the new rural program. Up to now, the district has disbursed more than 14.1 billion VND of development investment capital, reaching 34% and more than 3.5 billion VND of public capital for the new rural program, reaching 22.1% of the assigned plan...
Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the efforts of Ninh Son district in implementing the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in the past time. In the coming time, he requested Ninh Son district to speed up the implementation progress and disbursement of the capital plan for the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in the area to achieve the goals and targets assigned in 2023 and the period of 2021-2025. Continue to promote propaganda work, raise awareness for cadres, party members and people about new rural construction; promote emulation movements to build new rural areas in depth. Promote the organization and effective implementation of 3 national target programs for the period of 2021-2025 in the area and the directives and guidelines of the central government and the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of the National Target Program on New Rural Construction.
