According to information from the Thu Dau Mot City Construction Investment Project Management Board (Binh Duong), from September 2, the unit will open free of charge for people to visit the oil flower petal-shaped construction on the Saigon River.
This is a unique project, considered a symbol of the "Land of the Capital" after many months of construction.
This project is located along the Saigon River (through Phu Cuong Ward, Thu Dau Mot City), with the left part being the base connecting to the body of the tower. At the top is a clock modeled after the tower of Thu Dau Mot market, on top of the tower is a flagpole.
The total height from the base of the tower to the flagpole is 24m. The two oil flower petals are made of steel, each 21.6m long, weighing more than 4 tons in total, and are painted to look like real flowers.
The unique feature of the project is that between the two petals there is an observation deck designed for people to see the Saigon River and Bach Dang Street from above.
At night, the building is lit by a system of continuously changing LED lights, clearly showing the image of oil flower petals - a typical flower of this land.
In addition, many long-range lights are installed on the top of the tower, making the building more prominent and sparkling at night.
From afar, the building clearly shows the image of a canola flower lying close to the winding Saigon River, near the ancient Thu Dau Mot market and Binh Duong College of Fine Arts and Culture (123 years old), creating an architectural block that is both modern and traditional.
The project is invested by Thu Dau Mot City Construction Investment Project Management Board, with a total investment value of about 10 billion VND.
