If the system is not tightly protected, hackers can penetrate the internal network, steal personal information, or even take control of home devices such as security cameras or smart control systems. This not only endangers the privacy and security of the family but also poses a common threat to the entire community. Viettel Home will solve these problems thanks to an application/platform located entirely in Vietnam developed by Viettel engineers. In addition, with the rapid development of technology in various fields and the speed of popularization of wifi, 4G, 5G networks, security and safety in the Internet environment have become important and urgent. With Viettel Home, we not only provide solutions to ensure physical security (such as surveillance cameras, intrusion warnings, strangers, ...) but also offer solutions to help protect the Internet environment for all devices in the family, from wifi transmitters to devices connected to wifi such as smartphones, cameras ... Thanks to that, the whole house is protected in many layers while also allowing parents to control their children's internet usage. As a "Vietnamese application for Vietnamese people", can you tell us the outstanding advantages and strengths of Viettel Home compared to similar products on the market? Viettel Home application and Viettel's camera/smart home platform are developed by Viettel engineers, installed on a server system in Vietnam, invested, developed and managed by Viettel. This ensures the highest security for users' data and information, minimizing the risk of information disclosure and cyber attacks. Specifically, Viettel's Viettel Home application and platform are located at Viettel Data Center, fully meeting criterion No. 8 on "Ensuring user data information security" (under Decision No. 724/QD-BTTTT). This is one of the very difficult criteria that most camera lines on the Vietnamese market today cannot meet, set by the Ministry of Information and Communications to ensure basic network information security for surveillance cameras. Viettel Home is designed to easily integrate with smart devices in the household from cameras to devices such as sockets, switches, smart bulbs... helping users easily manage the entire smart home system through a single application while other suppliers have to use multiple applications for devices provided by different brands. By fully mastering everything from hardware to software, storage infrastructure, Viettel can provide professional, safe, fast and effective support services to users. Viettel Home also integrates a variety of other services for families such as: Modem/FTTH package management, security services for households, electronic and household appliance installation/repair services... In particular, despite possessing many outstanding features and advantages, Viettel Home still maintains a competitive and reasonable price compared to similar products on the market. Only Viettel is applying the "Free equipment" security camera program for Viettel Internet customers (both old and new). Accordingly, customers only need to pay from 40K/month for the Cloud storage package to be equipped with a camera in the house. According to you, what does the development of Viettel Home mean to the Viettel ecosystem? The development of Viettel Home diversifies the products of the Viettel ecosystem in addition to traditional telecommunications services such as mobile, broadband Internet. Are there any challenges Viettel will face when bringing Viettel Home products to the market? When bringing Viettel Home products to the market, Viettel will have to face both internal challenges and challenges from competitors. To create a competitive product, Viettel Home must have a high level of completion in the context that Smarthome is no longer new and the environment is highly competitive. This is also a new product, so there are still many difficulties in the coordination process to bring products to the market.

In addition, Viettel Home also faces strong competition from Chinese rivals with cheap equipment prices and almost zero platform costs. In addition, the domestic smarthome market is also very vibrant with many big names participating, although no supplier has really surpassed enough to make customers trust. Looking to the future, what does Viettel Group expect with the launch of Viettel Home? Viettel Home carries the mission of popularizing security services to every Vietnamese household. We set a goal that by 2028, every household in Vietnam will use at least 1 smart device on the Viettel Home application.
