In addition, Ms. Chung was also pointed out by the district inspector for many other violations in the fields of management and finance.

The inspection team determined that after receiving 19 personal lockers for students, Quy Dat Town Kindergarten No. 1 established a receiving team, but the school itself later received them. In addition, the handover minutes of these lockers were inconsistent, with one side stating that it was the executive committee of the parents' association of each class, while another stated that the sponsoring unit was the representative committee of the parents' association of the school.

The school's leaders were also found to have spent more than the prescribed amount and spent on entertaining guests without having any previous working minutes.

The inspector also determined that the school had collected labor fees of VND20,000 per student, exceeding the regulation of VND6,000 per student.

In addition to being disciplined with a reprimand, Ms. Chung will be classified as not completing her tasks for the year and will have her salary increased late.

For financial violations, this principal will have to pay back according to the district inspector's conclusion.

As VietNamNet reported, at the end of May, social networks in Quang Binh were abuzz with a clip recording Ms. Dinh Thi Bui Chung grabbing the vice principal's microphone, pointing at the parents' association president and preventing her from talking about the irregularities in the school's socialization of lockers for classes.
