Inspect and supervise the implementation of national target programs in 3 Regions

(Dan sinh) - Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang agreed to implement the Plan to inspect and supervise the implementation of national target programs of the Central Steering Committee in 2023 in 03 Regions.

Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, in Official Dispatch No. 5140/VPCP-QHDP dated July 11, 2023, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, Head of the Central Steering Committee for National Target Programs for the 2021-2025 period (Central Steering Committee) agreed to implement the Plan to inspect and supervise the implementation of national target programs of the Central Steering Committee in 2023 in 03 Regions. Specifically:

- Inspect, survey the field and work directly and online with 14 provinces in the Northern Midlands and Mountains region in Yen Bai province.

- Inspect, survey the field and work directly and online with 19 provinces in the North Central and Central Coast regions and the Central Highlands in Binh Dinh province.

- Inspect, survey the field and work directly and online with 13 provinces in the Mekong Delta in Bac Lieu province.

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with the following ministries and agencies: Agriculture and Rural Development, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ethnic Committee and relevant ministries, agencies and localities to prepare reports and documents for the working sessions with the above localities, paying attention to evaluating lessons learned, disseminating good practices and initiatives in the work of building and perfecting mechanisms, policies and organizing the implementation and disbursement of capital to implement national target programs in localities; carefully reviewing and detecting difficulties and obstacles to propose and recommend specific solutions to remove them and speed up the implementation progress.

The Government Office shall coordinate with relevant ministries, agencies and localities to prepare content, programs and other necessary conditions to organize the implementation of the Plan.

According to the Central Steering Committee's Work Program, in 2023, the Central Steering Committee will focus on developing a specific plan with detailed content to strengthen inspection, supervision, monitoring, and urging the implementation of national target programs at ministries, agencies, and localities; proactively exchange, grasp information, detect difficulties, obstacles, and errors to promptly propose solutions to overcome and remove them; actively share experiences to perfect institutions and replicate effective initiatives, models, mechanisms, and policies that are feasible in practice.

At the same time, strengthen coordination between members of the Central Steering Committee with working groups and supporting agencies in managing, coordinating, inspecting and supervising the implementation of national target programs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
