The Yen Mo District Labor Federation has just held a groundbreaking ceremony to build a "Union Shelter" house for union member Nguyen Thi Hue in Yen Hung commune. This is a project to welcome the 6th Yen Mo District Labor Union Congress, and the 16th Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Union Congress, term 2023-2028 of the District Labor Federation.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue is currently a worker at SingYoung Vina Co., Ltd. (Khanh Thuong Industrial Park). Her family is in a very difficult situation: 2 young children, her husband has no stable job, and is often sick. Therefore, the burden of making a living for the whole family depends on Ms. Hue's meager salary. Currently, the whole family is living with her elderly parents-in-law in a dilapidated level 4 house. Despite the difficult situation, Ms. Hue has always strived to improve, actively worked, produced, and actively participated in union activities.

Faced with the difficult situation of union member Nguyen Thi Hue, the District Labor Federation proactively advised the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and called on sponsors to support 60 million VND to help her family build a new house. Of which, Long Son Cement Company supported 50 million VND, the District Gratitude and Social Security Fund supported 10 million VND.

The "Union Shelter" house of union member Nguyen Thi Hue has an area of 90 square meters. The project is expected to be completed and put into use after 3 months of construction, helping her family stabilize their lives soon.
