Comrade Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association attended and delivered a speech.
Accordingly, in the spring of 1951, the 2nd Party Congress held in Viet Bac decided to establish and publish Nhan Dan Newspaper, the central organ of the Vietnam Workers' Party. On March 11, 1951, in Khuon Nha hamlet, Quy Ky commune, Dinh Hoa district (Thai Nguyen), Le Hong Phong printing house printed and published the first issue of Nhan Dan Newspaper.

During the time working here, the people of all ethnic groups in Quy Ky commune, especially Khuon Nha hamlet, wholeheartedly cared for, helped, and protected the safety of the publishing and distribution of Nhan Dan Newspaper to bring the voice of the Party and Government, and at the same time reflect the current situation at home and abroad, the widespread revolutionary movement to encourage the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army to enthusiastically resist and build the country.
Therefore, this is a place with important historical significance in encouraging the revolutionary movement during the resistance war, and at the same time is a milestone in the process of formation, development and growth of Nhan Dan Newspaper. In 2019, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism ranked Nhan Dan Newspaper as a National Historical Relic.
The construction, restoration and embellishment of the National Historical Monument House of Nhan Dan Newspaper, the first issue of which was built on an area of nearly 350 square meters, of which the monument house is 59 square meters wide and has 2 floors; the monument is made of solid monolithic green stone; the relic grounds include a yard, trees, and functional areas that are beautifully designed, suitable for the landscape and terrain.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association emphasized: With the philosophy of "When drinking water, remember its source", in recent times, Nhan Dan Newspaper has implemented a project to build, restore, and embellish a spacious, majestic, and sustainable relic, worthy of the role and position of the Party Newspaper, which is a "red address" to educate historical traditions for generations of Nhan Dan Newspaper employees and tourists from all over.

Comrade Le Quoc Minh affirmed: The investment in construction, restoration and embellishment of the first issue of Nhan Dan Newspaper shows the gratitude of today's Party Newspaper workers to previous generations; it is a place to propagate and educate the glorious tradition of Nhan Dan Newspaper. Thereby, Nhan Dan Newspaper continues to promote itself as the political and ideological flag of the Party on the press front; it is a trusted and close address of the people, because the goal is that wherever there are people, there is Nhan Dan Newspaper.
He suggested that the functional units of Nhan Dan Newspaper continue to coordinate with local authorities and people to do a good job of managing, preserving and promoting the value of the relic. Nhan Dan Newspaper published its first issue in a long-term manner, so that together with the Monument House project, the Editorial Board of Nhan Dan Newspaper worked in Khuon Dien village, Kim Quan commune, Yen Son district, Tuyen Quang province, they would become important connecting points in the network of historical relics of ATK Dinh Hoa Special National Relic Site and Tan Trao Special National Relic Site.
