Comrade Le Quoc Minh received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Vietnam.

(CLO) On the afternoon of March 26, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Vietnam Ali Akbar Nazari visited and worked at the headquarters of Nhan Dan Newspaper (71 Hang Trong, Hanoi).

At the reception, Comrade Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association, introduced to the Ambassador an overview of Nhan Dan Newspaper.

As the Central Organ of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Voice of the Party, State and people of Vietnam, Nhan Dan Newspaper is under the direct and regular direction of the Politburo and the Secretariat, and functions as the mouthpiece of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Comrade Le Quoc Minh emphasized that with the motto "Where there are people, there is Nhan Dan Newspaper", the Party newspaper agency constantly innovates and creates both content and form in printed newspapers, electronic newspapers and social platforms to get closer to the public. He affirmed that Nhan Dan Newspaper always provides timely and truthful information about the country and the world, including Iran.

To improve the effectiveness of foreign information, Nhan Dan e-newspaper not only has a Vietnamese version but also expanded to include English, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish versions.

In recent years, Nhan Dan Newspaper has continuously implemented special information and communication projects to celebrate major national holidays. Nhan Dan Newspaper's innovative and creative products have been widely welcomed by the people and highly appreciated at domestic and international press and communication awards.

For his part, Iranian Ambassador Ali Akbar Nazari congratulated the good results that Nhan Dan Newspaper has achieved in recent times. He emphasized that press cooperation between the two countries plays an important role in enhancing mutual understanding, promoting cultural exchange and expanding bilateral relations.

The Iranian Ambassador expressed his hope that Nhan Dan Newspaper and Iranian press agencies would promote information exchange and experience sharing, thereby contributing to bringing the image of the two countries closer to the public.

Welcoming the Ambassador's proposal, Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh affirmed that Nhan Dan Newspaper is always ready to expand cooperation with press agencies around the world to enhance information exchange, contributing to strengthening friendly relations between countries and peoples.
