The "Pilot system to disseminate, train and update political theory knowledge for cadres and party members on the internet" was piloted by the Central Propaganda Department in 12 agencies, units and localities nationwide, including: Party Committee of Central Agencies, Party Committee of Central Enterprises; Hanoi Party Committee, Hai Phong Party Committee, Can Tho Party Committee; Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, Son La Provincial Party Committee, Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee and Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee.
The implementation of the "Pilot system for disseminating, training and updating political theory knowledge for cadres and party members on the internet" aims to contribute to innovating learning methods, thinking, and self-training of political theory knowledge for cadres and party members through the application of information technology on the internet platform, thereby improving the effectiveness of protecting the Party's ideological foundation and fighting against erroneous and hostile views.

Regarding the pilot content, the system is divided into 4 major folders, including: political theory knowledge; political theory work skills; research and exchange; inspection and evaluation.
Regarding the pilot method, cadres and party members access the pilot system to disseminate, train and update political theory knowledge via the address: lyluanchinhtri.dcs.vn to self-study and learn from documents and articles posted on the system.
After studying and learning political theory knowledge on the pilot system, cadres and party members log in with the provided accounts to self-test and evaluate according to multiple choice question sets on the system.
Localities, agencies, and pilot units select 1 to 2 contents on the system related to the topics of regular Party cell activities, thematic activities, and professional activities to organize for cadres and Party members to study and research. Actively participate in writing and providing news and articles that have been reviewed and sent to the Central Propaganda Department for posting on the pilot system.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda Department requested that localities, agencies and pilot units proactively and actively guide cadres and party members to log into the system according to the provided account and password to use the software, ensuring that no errors occur during the operation.

Every month, provide 1-3 articles in the section on political theory knowledge and political theory work skills to post on the pilot system. In addition, it is necessary to regularly check and urge the implementation, take the results of disseminating, training and updating political theory knowledge as one of the criteria for evaluating and classifying grassroots party organizations and party members in 2023 and the first 6 months of 2024 according to the direction of the Central Propaganda Department.
