(Fatherland) - On the morning of January 16, in Hanoi, the National Museum of History (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) coordinated with the Archives Department of the Central Party Office to organize the opening of the exhibition "Communist Party of Vietnam - Historical Milestones". Deputy Minister Hoang Dao Cuong attended and cut the ribbon to open the exhibition.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the exhibition, Mr. Nguyen Van Doan, Director of the National Museum of History, said: The Communist Party of Vietnam was born on February 3, 1930, marking an extremely important turning point in the history of the Vietnamese revolution, and was the decisive factor in all victories of the revolutionary cause. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam headed by the great President Ho Chi Minh, it gathered the strength and intelligence of the entire nation to create miracles and glorious victories of historical and epochal significance for the Vietnamese people in the 20th century: the victory of the August Revolution in 1945 to establish the Democratic Republic of Vietnam; the resistance war to protect national independence and unify the country from 1946 to 1975 and the cause of national renewal today. Those great victories originated from the Party's wise leadership, the planning of a correct, creative platform, suitable for each historical period of the nation; the unity and unanimity of the entire Party and people to overcome all difficulties and hardships with the aspiration and determination to build an independent, peaceful, unified and developed Vietnam for the happiness of the people.

With more than 150 artifacts, documents, and images, the exhibition Communist Party of Vietnam - Historical Milestones introduces the general birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam; 13 Party Congresses with correct, strong, and wise decisions and historical milestones, which are feats, victories, and achievements; lessons learned from the Vietnamese revolution under the leadership of the Party; the solidarity, unity, efforts, joint efforts, and unanimity of the entire Party, people, and army over the past 95 years.
The exhibition consists of 2 parts:
Part 1: Establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930): Introducing the role of President Ho Chi Minh in spreading Marxism-Leninism in Vietnam; establishing the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 3, 1930 to carry out the mission of leading the Vietnamese revolution.
In part 1, the public will have access to typical documents and artifacts such as the French colonial regime verdict, Thanh Nien newspaper, the Party's Platform and brief strategy, the Party's Charter... and the collection of artifacts "The people's love for the Party".
The exhibition introduces an overview of the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam; 13 Party Congresses with correct, strong, wise decisions and historical milestones over the past 95 years.
Part 2: Communist Party of Vietnam - Historical milestones showing the Party's guidelines, policies and strategies through 13 Congresses associated with historical milestones of the nation, the country's achievements under the Party's leadership from 1930 to present, especially in nearly 40 years of national renovation and international integration.
Typical documents and artifacts in this section include a collection of Party resolutions and documents; documents and images showing important historical milestones and achievements of the country under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
