The festival has the participation of nearly 300 artists, singers, non-professional actors from 7 districts, cities, the Provincial Police, and the Provincial Association of the Elderly. In one day, the groups brought to the audience 50 performances of various genres such as: skits, solos, duets, dances, instrumental performances, and modern dance.
The organizers presented souvenir flags to the delegations.
