On September 19, at the regular press conference of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pham Thu Hang said: Vietnam always appreciates the valuable solidarity, encouragement, visits, and timely support of the international community and overseas Vietnamese, to join hands to overcome the great damage caused by natural disasters and floods.
